Chip St. Clair is a recipient of a U.S. Congressional Record for his work as Regional Director of Justice for Children, a non-profit that works to keep children safe. He works closely with fathers-turned advocates Marc Klaas and Mark Lunsford, to help exploited and abused children and to keep child predators behind bars.
